Self-Tape Workshop:

A workshop to sharpen up your self-taping skills.
DATE: Tuesday, 8th July 2025
TIME: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Singing in Self-Tapes:

This workshop helps actors learn how to effectively showcase their singing abilities in self-tape auditions for musical roles.
DATE: Wednesday, 9th July 2025
TIME:10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

2-Week US Accent Short Course:

An intensive short course training US General Accent running for 6 hours over 2 x 3-hour classes.
DATE: Saturday, 12th July AND Saturday, 19th July 2025
TIME: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
ELIGIBILITY: 16+ only. Students MUST have completed Screen Acting 1

Mock Casting Workshop:

A unique opportunity for actors to work directly with casting directors, gaining insights into the audition process and feedback on their performances.
DATE: 30th and 31st Sep 2025
TIME:9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Previous Workshops:

On Set Filming: Camping Chaos

A practical experience that familiarizes actors with the workings of a film set, including etiquette, communication, and performance under real conditions.

During the workshop, actors will film a scene with a professional film crew on a real set.

You will be allocated a scene during the rehearsal process.

Actors will:

• • Play a lead character in a professionally shot scene
  • Film with a professional crew
  • Learn on-screen acting techniques
  • Experience what it is like being directed by a Director
  • Work on a professional set

DATE: Sunday, 1st June 2025, Time TBC (Likely 9am – 5pm)
REHEARSAL DATE: Thursday 29th May 2025, 4pm – 6pm (2hrs)
ELIGIBILITY: Current Students who have completed SA1 & at least 1 Term of classes

Script To Screen:

A workshop that guides actors through the process of bringing a script to life, covering aspects of character development, blocking, and performance on camera.
DATE: 28th Jan 2025
TIME: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
