Drama Kings & Queens is a time to embrace imagination, and have fun exploring both, characters we know and those we find along the way. Children share laughter, develop friendships and gain social skills in a safe and caring environment.
Story-telling through improvisation encourages children to interact as individual performers and team players. Screen exercises are often a highlight for children, who delight in watching themselves, and their friends, in ‘playback’ sessions on the TV monitor. Voice projection, articulation, and musical theatre are also covered throughout the year.
We encourage confidence and healthy self-esteem through communication and participation.
Throughout the term, parents are invited to watch stage and screen performances. Please note classes vary from term to term, and not all content is covered in a single term.
